30+ years working with these guys, always walk out with what I needed and usually something I didn't know I needed.

Love this place, amazing prices on hardware, don't even waste time going to Ace or Home Depot, go here, tell em' what you need, boom, best prices, period.

As a first time customer, my experience was very offputting. rude customer service over the phone and in person. Placed order for some hardware and when asked about shipping, the gentleman blatantly said that it’s up to The delivery company and it’s no longer in his hands and they deliver whenever they feel like it, just for it to be delivered an hour later. ( as Someone with a business that deals with freight And shipping companies, they provide shipping information specifically for these situations. He was just being very rude and wanting to get off of the phone as quickly as he could.) When I came into the store to pick up my hardware, the few people that I interacted with were Obviously not having a good day, we’re not happy with their situation and putting that attitude towards the customer. My questions came answered with very short remarks and little to no eye contact. Exaggerations and remarks were made about pricing in a manner and tone which insinuated I wasn’t able to afford, said products. Overall morale of the business and my experience was very poor

Great local hardware store with great people who have actually worked in the trades and know how to help you. A huge step above the big box stores. Had a wide variety of fasteners too.

You go here as a professional to find the stuff you need. No frills. No fancy computers. Only dedicated professionals who smarter the phone and know exactly what you need. Large availability of pro tools, fasteners, and equipment. Service is excellent. Prices are good. I will go here anytime in need of supplies.
